MARLENKA Enterprises now offer the convenience of shipping your order direct to a DHL ServicePoint across the UK.
We have partnered with DHL Parcel UK, creating a network of thousands of ServicePoints across the UK to conveniently deliver your parcel there.
We utilised the PayPoint retailer network with shops that are open daily from 8am until late, seven days a week allowing you to collect the parcel at your convenience.
The new DHL ServicePoints are conveniently located within a 10-minute journey for over half of UK households.
New delivery option for all our customers:
If you prefer to ship direct to a DHL ServicePoint, simply use our ServicePoint Finder to locate a convenient store for you to collect your parcel from. When done, write the selected store location to 'Order Notes' upon checkout or email us or message us separately.
What Happens Next?
When the parcel is ready to collect, DHL notify the customer by email or text message. The pick-up code is in the body of the email, so no click through is required. The shopkeeper simply scans the code that is presented on the smartphone.
